Job Description
- Collect info about tenants we're targeting to set a plan for approaching.
- Make phone calls to approach tenants after collecting needed data about them
- Take appointments from tenants
- Close deals and reach the determined target
- Report daily on Excel sheets.
- Listen to tenants' general requests and deliver them to the meant department.
- Handle tenants rejections and turn them to acceptances.
- Receive calls and inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Having experience not less than 2 years in commercial real estate
- Very good English speaker and writer
- Able to deal wisely with Clients
- Representative
- Organized and hardworking
- Have excellent communication skills
- Experienced selling and renting commercial units and it's process
