Job Description
- Directs, organizes, and controls department heads and team leaders to carry out all Architectural and other disciplines activities.
- Verifies that all drawings and documents are to current codes and standards and by the Company’s policies and standards.
- Prepares and maintains the plan of all technical departments.
- Maintains records of work progress of all technical departments and liaises with other Company staff as required.
- Provide information and/or assistance to project groups as required on other disciplines’ design matters.
- Review and approve the technical quality of all work performed within the departments.
- Ensure that all necessary Architectural and other communication are being effectively accomplished between disciplines, department managers, and technical teams.
- Lead and mentor a team of architects and engineers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategic goals for the technical engineering departments.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth.
- Oversee and manage all coordination tasks across various disciplines to ensure seamless integration and project alignments.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in architectural engineering is a MUST.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in architectural engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of architectural and engineering design principles and building codes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).
