Job Description
Design and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the curriculum. Use a variety of teaching methods like songs, stories, games, and art to make learning interactive and effective for young learners.
Teach basic English language skills, including phonics, letter recognition, and simple vocabulary.
Help students develop pre-reading and early writing skills.
Create a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere. Establish and enforce classroom rules to ensure a safe and productive learning
Regularly assess and evaluate student progress to identify individual learning needs. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents about their development and academic performance
Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns. Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to coordinate activities and school-wide initiatives.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field is typically required.
- Prior experience teaching English to young children in a kindergarten or preschool.
