Job Description
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Appraise properties to determine values.
- Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
- Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sale/rental listings
Job Requirements
- At least Mons Exp in Real estate ( Primary only ).
- Areas With Required experience are ( New Capital, New Cairo, Sahel, Sokhna, Zayed, October).
- Presentable.
- Working Hours Are 11 AM TILL 7 PM.
- Work Location is Heliopolis.
- Salaries Starts From 4K UP to 9K Based on Experience + Very Attractive Commission Scheme.

- 2 days off (Friday & Saturday).
