Responsible for effectively communicating with clients

Providing an exceptional service to the customers

Managing sales activities

Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.

Making presentations to promote new projects and special deals.

Contact potential clients through e-calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt.

Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.

Achieve sales targets set by the company.

Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record in customer service and sales

Experience in sales management and training

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Knowledge of the real estate market is a plus

Ability to work well in a team environment

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
