Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the fitness sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our full solution of gym management services to prospective clients. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for building lasting relationships with customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals to generate new business opportunities.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our fitness gym management services to clients, effectively communicating the value proposition.
Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop strategic sales plans that align with business objectives. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment in service delivery and customer expectations.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. - Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and expand professional networks.
- Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, providing regular updates to management on sales progress and market conditions.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in the fitness or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Language: Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
- Driving License: A valid driving license preferably with own vehicle.
