Job Description
- planning what work needs to be done, when and who’s going to do it
- Identifying the risks of each project and managing them;
- making sure the work is done to the right standard and quality;
- motivating the team of people involved in the project;
- coordinating work done by different people;
- making sure the project is running on time and to budget;
- dealing with changes to the project as and when necessary;
- making sure the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits
- Work with the client to get formal sign-off that the project is complete
- Release any resources (budget or personnel) who are no longer needed for the project
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering or Applied Arts (Architecture Major Only )
- 5:7 years’ experience
- Experience in the field of Partitions , Glass , Aluminum
- Experience in the field of Finishing
- Good command of English
- Excellent coordination skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Attention to details
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Leadership skills
