• Monitor and supervise construction activities on-site.

• Monitor safety and ensure implementation of site safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the design team in the office and the engineering technical office to ensure alignment between design intent and on-site execution.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering or related field.
2. Experience in construction management or site supervision.
3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and plans.
4. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate construction activities.
7. Familiarity with construction safety standards and practices.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
9. Proficiency in computer applications related to construction management and scheduling (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
