Job Description

  • Organizing meetings and managing databases
  • Booking transportation: flights, fleets and accommodation. This includes organizing itineraries and related details. 
  • Organizing company events and conferences
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports related to the CEO office 
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
  • Processing invoices and managing office budgets

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ experience in administration & operations management. Experience in commercial environments will be a great plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Proven working experience as an Office Manager, with global experience  
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • Willingness to travel and to work on flexible timings. 
  • Excellent English & communication skills.
