Job Description
- Organizing meetings and managing databases
- Booking transportation: flights, fleets and accommodation. This includes organizing itineraries and related details.
- Organizing company events and conferences
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports related to the CEO office
- Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
- Processing invoices and managing office budgets
Job Requirements
- Experience: 10+ experience in administration & operations management. Experience in commercial environments will be a great plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Proven working experience as an Office Manager, with global experience
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Willingness to travel and to work on flexible timings.
- Excellent English & communication skills.
