- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of HSE professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and setting clear performance expectations.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive HSE programs and procedures in line with Egyptian regulations, international standards, and company policies. 
- Ensure strict adherence to all applicable HSE regulations and conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Actively promote a safety-first culture throughout the organization, encouraging employee participation and rewarding safe practices.
- Prepare and present insightful HSE reports to senior management and maintain effective communication channels with employees at all levels regarding HSE matters.
- Develop and implement emergency preparedness and response plans and conduct regular drills and exercises to ensure readiness.
- Oversee the investigation of security incidents, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive measures.
