Job Description
PROCESS MANAGEMENT:
- Sets product recipes, including proper plc parameters, and controls production variables to
meet product specifications. - Ensures process stability during production and acts timeously to address any deviation.
Finds solutions to production or technical issues to improve equipment performance. - Tackles quality issues in cooperation with quality, production, and technical team.
- Analyze the root cause of quality issues and suggests solutions, improvements or alternative actions
to ensure production continuity
MACHINE HANDLING:
- Offers support during the electromechanical installation and setup of machines and
equipment. - Offers support during new machine, new mold and product validation and during the commissioning process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Excellent knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM)
- Excellent applied knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and/or electronic systems
- Good applied knowledge of measuring instruments and techniques
- Good applied knowledge of WCM standards
- Basic knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment rules and practices
