Job Description
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or any related field
- 10+ years of sales experience (in Field Sales of chemicals preferably)
- Product/Market knowledge Regional and country-specific trade knowledge.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Ability to work with the cross-functional team.
- Ability to lead a sales team.
- Good interpersonal skills and high task orientation.
- Follow-up with the client.
