From conception to launch and beyond, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with senior management to be the go-to person for your product.If you have an entrepreneurial passion and drive to never settle, we’d like to hear from you.What You’ll Be DoingLeading teams of 2-4 Product reports and a wider department of designers, developers and operation managers.Scale Revolut consumer products across multiple geographiesBuilding new products 0–1 and maintaining existing core productsWorking closely with Design and UX Research teams to define the customer journey and create an amazing user experienceOptimising funnels, going deep in analytics to diagnose drop offsLiaising with Engineering to ensure effective delivery of the productCollaborating with other stakeholders, such as Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teamsWhat You'll Need5+ years of experience working within a high-growth tech company2+ years of experience managing engineering teams across multiple locations (Product Leaders at Revolut directly manage multiple squads and Product Owners)2+ years of proven success leading consumer-facing mobile productsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsHigh analytical acumen along with solid business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisationExperience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partnersA bias towards action and bootstrapping major projects, never hesitating to roll up your sleeves and be hands-onThe ability to provide insight and deliver measurable results for sophisticated products under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environmentBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
