Job Description
Greet & Meet pleasantly train passenger & help them to find their seats
Arrange and prepare with a wide range of food & drinks varieties of buffet items Abella Train Services Company’s Buffet .
Serve food and drinks to all passengers
Keep the Buffet area clean & organized all the time
Handle passengers’ requests & satisfy their needs professionally
Keep passengers comfy and pleasant
Keep passengers informed with the train menu items & promote for up selling products
Act on spot for any food or drink special requests
Cooperate with train team to keep passenger comfy and at ease during the trip.
Adhere to company uniform & keep it clean and neat
Follow all hygiene instructions and measurements strictly
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Tourism & Hotel Management.
- Food & Beverage background is a must.
- At Least 2 years of experience in hospitality field.
- Good Command of English language
- Ability to travel & work on a shift basis.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
