The Senior Architect will be responsible for developing architectural projects from concept design to detailed design. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, project management, and client relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of successful projects and a passion for creating functional designs, developing designs from the conceptual stage to the detailed stage, and a demonstrated experience in coordinating the design with other trades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the design and development of architectural projects from the concept stage to the detailed stage.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including MEP disciplines.
• Coordinating the design between the various disciplines. 
• Preparing presentations and attending meetings with Clients. 
• Ensuring adherence to building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices throughout the project lifecycle.
