The opportunity: your impact as in-house designer
we're looking for an exceptionally talented and dedicated in-house designer to lead our visual storytelling. this role is for a creative visionary who challenges the norm, bringing a fresh, impactful aesthetic that simplifies complex ideas and inspires our audience. you'll be crucial in shaping adeer's visual identity, ensuring every design piece resonates with our mission.
Your core responsibilities:
as our in-house designer, you'll be at the forefront of our visual communication:
- Static design excellence: create stunning, high-impact static designs, including compelling presentations, engaging social media graphics, eye-catching posters, and impactful digital ads. your work will clearly convey our message and brand.
- Motion design (bonus): develop engaging motion graphics, videos, and reels for social media and digital channels. while static design is primary, your experience in motion is a valuable plus.
- Social media leadership: strategically manage our social media visual presence, ensuring content is consistent, creative, and drives engagement.
- Agency collaboration: lead design discussions with our external marketing agencies, ensuring all materials align with adeer's brand guidelines and high-quality standards.
- Strategic vision: contribute to our brand strategy, explore new design trends, and propose innovative visual solutions that keep adeer at the forefront.

- Motion experience: demonstrated ability to create engaging motion graphics, videos, or animated content, with a portfolio showcasing your work in this area. specific software proficiency is less important than your demonstrated skill.
- Background: proven top-tier experience in a design role, or significant experience related to marketing or social media management. this includes professional work, volunteer roles, or internships. a bachelor's degree is a plus, but strong practical experience is key.
- Communication: excellent verbal and written english skills (arabic is a plus)
