Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a background in facility services to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will identify and capitalize on opportunities within the facility services industry, develop strategic sales plans, and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads within the facility services industry.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned quotas and targets.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Present comprehensive proposals and effectively negotiate contracts.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Management, or related industries
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the facility services industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
