Job Description
Account Manager
A qualified candidate should have hands-on inbound marketing knowledge and platform management experience with one of the leading platforms - Salesforce Pardot/Marketing Cloud and/or Hubspot.
Primary responsibilities include producing content, implementation and deployment of promotional and relationship email and digital marketing communications, ensuring tracking and performance assessment on all campaigns and journeys.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Certification in any or all of the following platforms is preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot and/or Hubspot. Experience in Journey mapping is preferred.
- Drive the creation of effective dynamic email campaigns/journeys and related landing pages
- Work with client and its CRM team to map personalized journeys through Journey Builder
Focus on subscriber segmentation, execution of tests including SPAM, browser and A/B
Preparing final subscriber lists, and schedule the deployment
Lead definition and implementation of technical and business related communication needs
Identify project issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve - Keep pace with new CRM/Cloud application features and enhancements
- Demonstrate capabilities to internal business units to promote awareness
- Actively communicate the impact and effect of future releases to the marketing team Document processes and workflow
- Manage subscriber data, import and segmentation using a combination of tools and database queries
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and other activities to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of email deployments
- Monitor the campaign post-deployment to validate completion
Job Requirements
- Project Management experience in Large service-based accounts.
- BA/BSc in Computer Science, Business Informatics or related fields.
- Experience in email/direct mail/SMS marketing and platform management experience.
- Knowledge of SQL fundamentals or other database technologies
Ability to work as part of a team to solve business and technical problems in complex environments - Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to create and edit relevant content within the Content Builder module.
- Strong written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English and problem solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail
- Saudi and/or GCC experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices: HTML and CSS a plus
- Expertise in CRM and Marketing Automation platforms
