Job Description
Fluent English Customer Service Representatives are needed for offshore accounts (USA and UK)
- Answering incoming calls.
- Calling potential customers. (Outgoing calls)
- Following call center “scripts”, leaving space for personal innovation and personal sales skills
- Handling rebuttals professionally and convincing customers with the product or service
- Setting appointments for our clients
Working Conditions
- Location: Elwaha, Nasr city
- Part-time and full time (4 hours and 8 hours)
- Fixed 2 Days Off ( Saturday and Sunday
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Sales skills
- Call center experience is preferrable
