Job Description
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, or messaging platforms to promote products/services
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships through consistent communication
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding or delivery process
- Stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Provide feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and services
Job Requirements
- Serious and committed.
- Good communication skills.
- Can work in a team and reach targets.
- Preferably living near Maadi.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable handling objections and closing deals
- Maximum age 27 years
