Job Description

Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels to find suitable candidates.

Previous experience in real estate brokerage companies:

  • Leverage previous experience in real estate brokerage to understand the specific needs and requirements of the industry.
  • Identify and target candidates with relevant experience and skills in real estate brokerage.
  • Maintain a network of industry contacts to facilitate quick and efficient hiring.

Mass Hiring:

  • Efficiently manage the recruitment process for a large number of positions simultaneously.
  • Ensure timely hiring of employees to meet project deadlines and business goals.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them informed and engaged.
  • Provide feedback to candidates in a timely and professional manner.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Job Requirements

  • 1+ proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Real Estate industry is a MUST.
  • BSc in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Experience in mass hiring environments.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
