Senior Procurement Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Engineer to our procurement operations, ensuring the efficient sourcing of materials and subcontractors to support our ambitious projects. This is a pivotal role where your expertise in procurement and leadership will drive the success of ACC’s transformational initiatives.

What You’ll Achieve:

Sourcing & Vendor Management:

• Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor vendor performance.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, evaluate bids, and recommend suppliers.

Procurement Execution:

• Ensure timely procurement of materials and services in line with project schedules.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, subcontracts, and procurement packages.
• Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to optimize cost and quality.

Technical & Commercial Evaluation:

• Review and interpret technical specifications, BOQs, and drawings.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment between procurement and project requirements.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering as needed.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and contractual obligations.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Assist in audits and reporting as required.

Cross-functional Coordination:

• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, QS, Finance, and Site teams.
• Provide regular updates on procurement status and potential risks.
• Support project tendering and cost control initiatives.
