Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Engineer to our procurement operations, ensuring the efficient sourcing of materials and subcontractors to support our ambitious projects. This is a pivotal role where your expertise in procurement and leadership will drive the success of ACC’s transformational initiatives.
What You’ll Achieve:
Sourcing & Vendor Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers and subcontractors.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor vendor performance.
- Prepare and issue RFQs, evaluate bids, and recommend suppliers.
Procurement Execution:
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and services in line with project schedules.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, subcontracts, and procurement packages.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to optimize cost and quality.
Technical & Commercial Evaluation:
- Review and interpret technical specifications, BOQs, and drawings.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment between procurement and project requirements.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering as needed.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Assist in audits and reporting as required.
Cross-functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, QS, Finance, and Site teams.
- Provide regular updates on procurement status and potential risks.
- Support project tendering and cost control initiatives.

Job Requirements
What You’ll Bring to ACC
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction or infrastructure procurement, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of local procurement practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus and MS Office.
