Job Description
- Collect customer requests and send them to the sales team to meet customer requests.
- Maintaining quality control calls for customers.
- Maintaining department records and reports.
- Distribute leads to the sales team alternately and monitor the team's work.
- Responsible to handle developer’s portfolio with sales manager.
- Responsible to arrange Orientations with Sales Team Leader.
- Responsible with arranging sales kit & project summaries.
- Responsible for handling platforms (Property finder, Olx, Aqarmap).
- Responsible for preparing worksheets to provide the sales team.
- Responsible for Social Media Posting (Listings & Interaction).
Job Requirements
- Must have experience as Sales admin +2 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
- Very well organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
- Bachelor Degree from any reputable college- not student .
- Excellent command of English,Word,Excel, CRM (Engaz).
- Presentable.
- Maximum Age is 30.
