Job Description

  • Collect customer requests and send them to the sales team to meet customer requests.
  • Maintaining quality control calls for customers.
  • Maintaining department records and reports.
  • Distribute leads to the sales team alternately and monitor the team's work.
  • Responsible to handle developer’s portfolio with sales manager.
  • Responsible to arrange Orientations with Sales Team Leader.
  • Responsible with arranging sales kit & project summaries.
  • Responsible for handling platforms (Property finder, Olx, Aqarmap).
  • Responsible for preparing worksheets to provide the sales team.
  • Responsible for Social Media Posting (Listings & Interaction).

Job Requirements

  • Must have experience as Sales admin +2 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
  • Very well organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
  • Bachelor Degree from any reputable college- not student .
  • Excellent command of English,Word,Excel, CRM (Engaz).
  • Presentable.
  • Maximum Age is 30.
