We are looking for an experienced operations supervisor to help us implement the right processes across the company and enable business growth. You’ll assess our departments’ operational and Partner Management methods and propose ways to improve them.
Job Description
Supervise the operation team to ensure set targets are met.
Organize and coordinate the monthly, week and daily plan.
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance to highlight if performance is declining
Coordinate with the other departments to meet the orders deadline.
Monitor the workflow system from operational perspective, while keeping the system up-to-date.
Manage the Archive by leading, organizing and follow up on the operation team.
Direct and coordinate the customer service operation of a team to ensure clients are tended appropriately in line with set customer service standards
Develop and optimize support and service processes, tools, and systems
Oversee all post-sales services provided to clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality.
Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products.
Provide periodic reports to management on all after sales activities
Ensure compliance with all general and company policies when carrying out job duties.
