Job Description

  • Define product and programs vision
  • Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
  • Analyze competitors and follow industry changes
  • Grow company revenues by developing new services/features/products
  • Manage customer insights and services trends, to address gaps or find opportunities
  • Manage future and existing assigned products, set objectives and report on performance
  • Generate products and services from inception to commercialization for customers
  • Oversee development of advertising, public relations and all marketing communications to meet product objectives
  • Ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
  • Conduct periodic product analysis and optimize as needed
  • Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and revenue trends analysis and identify possible corrective measures to achieve targets
  • Manage product financial performance (P&L) & defining end-to-end customer experience specifications
  • Formulate & establish product performance objectives, normally in consultation with other functions
  • Follow customer segmentation and customer journey strategy and develop plans and products as per segment needs

Job Requirements

  • Has knowledge in the following areas: product management, feasibility study, product marketing, sales channel set up, and sales tactics.
  • At least 2 years in the commercial role or product management.
  • Has desire and commitment to work in a fast-paced environment.
