Information System Senior Officer (SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Viva)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Information Structuring Senior Officer to act as Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to design, implement, and deliver scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions using SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft Viva. You will work closely with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and technical excellence.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Microsoft Viva. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solution designs.
- Ensure solutions align with best practices, security guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Provide clear technical guidance and documentation for implemented solutions.
- Stay current on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.
Job Requirements
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).- Strong expertise with SharePoint functionality, including architecture, customization, and administration.
- Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Viva solutions (e.g., Viva Connections, Viva Learning, Viva Insights).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly and confidently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, driving technical excellence and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Solid experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft 365 and Azure, and integration strategies for business applications.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or equivalent) to manage projects efficiently.
- Passion for continuous learning and keeping up to date with emerging technologies and best practices.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-600, MS-600, AZ-900, MS-900). - Experience in governance, compliance, and security frameworks within Microsoft 365 environments.
- Background in experience (UI/UX) design is a plus.
