Design, develop, test and deploy automation workflows using Automation Anywhere and other RPA platforms
Investigate, analyze and set up automated processes to maximize efficiency for business processes
Provide solution design's to clients throughout the deployment of new deals, during POCs and project implementation phase
Work with business and technology teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility
Perform quality review of automated solution and provide feedback to team members
Lead efforts related to RPA technology and architecture while closely working with infrastructure team
At least 2 years of professional experience in programming (including scripting /coding), Python, JavaScript, SQL, and relational databases etc
Candidature should be from technology background, with a good understanding of Digital solutions, new tech features, etc.
Expertise in preparing technical design
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team
Excellent Analytical skills and the ability to grasp new products and scale up in a very short span of time
Solution driven approach; and ability to analyze requirements from different angles with clear and logical thinking
A “zoom-in zoom-out” approach in identifying the best solution, and ensuring that steps taken are coherent with program vision

At least 2 years of professional experience in programming (including scripting /coding), Python, JavaScript, SQL, and relational databases, and software development
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Robotic Process Automation Developer using robotic technologies, and expertise in Automation Anywhere
RPA Certifications
Strong Logical, Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
Expertise on basic programming and Scripting knowledge
Knowledge of Technical Design Documents in Automation space
Experience of iterative developments
Ability to proactively solve problems with good planning and organization skills
Developing process solutions in accordance with client specific standards and/or RPA design principles and conventions
Ability to give clear written direction and communication to a team of employees
Reports to the Manager issues that can affect overall performance of the team and projects
Decision making ability that promotes excellent judgement while adhering to company policies
Demonstrate ability to facilitate communications, team meetings, on the job training, and partner with other organizations to gather information to support the team
Acts as a primary point of contact on customer issues that require escalation management
Developing process solutions in accordance with client specific standards and/or RPA design principles and conventions
