Job Description

As a Building Management Systems (BMS) Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team in promoting and selling cutting-edge building automation and management solutions. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers. This role requires a deep understanding of building management systems, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales within the BMS industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company's competitive position.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored BMS solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth project transitions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • 8-10 years of Experience in (BMS or  Building Automation System) Field
  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on building management systems (BMS) or related technologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the building management industry.
