Job Description

  • Responsible for the sales department
  • Prepare and revise the contracts
  • Responsible for collecting the monthly installments
  • Making monthly sales reports
  • Handling client and solve their problems and complaints
  • Coordinating and dealing with the brokers
  • Responsible for office supplies and stationery
  • Responsible for the Reception 
  • Develop and update the administrative system 
  • Develop and maintain the filing system
  • Answering phone calls and greeting the clients
  • Following up with the clients

Job Requirements

  • Female
  • Presentable
  • Good command of English
  • Min. 2 Years Experience in the same field
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Multi-task
  • Attention to details
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Fast Learner
  • Microsoft office.
  • Excellent use of internet & e-mail.
  • Must be Mokatam,  Maadi, Nasr City, Katameya and Fifth Settlement resident 
  • Owns a car preferred
