Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Medical Insurance Sales Representative to join our sales team at Egymed. The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting and selling our medical insurance products to individuals, families, and businesses. This role requires excellent communication skills, in-depth product knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.


Responsibilities:
 

  • Promote and sell Egymed's medical insurance products to companies and corporations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct presentations and educational seminars to prospective clients about our insurance plans and coverage options.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Make external visits to clients and prospects to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to clients in selecting the most suitable insurance plans based on their needs and budget.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
  • Attend networking events, community outreach programs, and other activities to promote products and generate leads.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new insurance products and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make external visits and travel within the assigned territory.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
