Job Description
- Set the overall Digital Marketing strategy with clear business objectives by defining target segment, positioning, and advertising tactics, campaigns durations and KPIs.
- Promote Map to Key services and properties on various social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, Increase qualified leads and conversion rates for the sales team.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns, including media buying, performance monitoring on all platforms and marketing channels ensuring the generated leads are qualified and the CPL within budget.
- Analyze and track competitors’ content and marketing campaigns on OLX, Property finder and social media platforms.
- Set up email campaigns with reasonable logic to ensure up-to-date emails database, monitor results and feedback from customers, and ensure delivering the right message to the right customer category on the right event.
- Optimize company pages with each social media platform to increase the company’s social content visibility.
- Optimize the landing pages of paid search engine marketing campaigns
- Achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns by collecting and analyzing data, and identifying trends and insights.
- Use different insights/analytics tools to provide an illustration of ads performance, results, achievement, traffic on each platform, rate of engagement, Conversion rates.
- Perform A/B testing whenever possible to optimize results, measure the performance of CTAs (Call to Action).
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly results by setting budget caps and allocation for campaigns’ lifetime.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics, and PPC (pay per click) campaigns.
- Manage the expense and budget of campaigns, and estimate monthly costs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in the same position
- Experience in real estate digital marketing is a MUST.
- High ability to achieve and exceed the marketing targets.
- Excellent understanding of online media planning.
- Strong writing, presentation and strategic and analytical thinking skills.
- High ability to achieve and exceed the marketing and PR and Continuous Research and Training in the digital and performance marketing
- Be a team player, able to integrate and positively influence his/her colleagues. And Show qualitative flexibility according to the needs of his/her department in order for the department to grow and perform.
