Job Description
- Prepare the contract template with all required data, finalizing the process and archiving
- Clearly explain contract terminology to clients and other interested parties
- Review all stated contract terms with customer till approval
- Call clients to set contract signing date
- Set the appointments report to make sure that all clients have recorded with specific date to sign their contracts
- Hand customer his contract original copy
- File original contract according to procedures and deliver a copy to Finance department
- In case of cancellation, Inform Finance Department and prepare all related papers and approvals to complete the process
- Prepare a sales updated report reflecting data for signed contracts and cancellations
- Handle various requests from other departments (Termination, transfer, variance … etc.)
- Upload daily transactions on SAP
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration
- 2-3 years of contracting and operation real estate experience
- Fluent in English, both written & spoken
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills (Office & SAP)
- Time Management
