Job Description
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Develop and maintain a filing system for all documents related to the company and
- Order office and Kitchen supplies.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- 1 + year of experience as Administrative Assistant
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook
