- Conduct outbound calls to leads and prospects provided by the company.
- Introduce our products/services to potential customers and highlight their value proposition.
- Engage in consultative selling to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Handle objections and address customer concerns to facilitate the sales process.
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively sell to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and processes.
