Job Description
● Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to promote the institute’s educational programs and services.
● Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and needs analysis.
● Present and explain course offerings, benefits, and enrollment procedures to potential students.
● Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
● Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.
● Handle objections and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
● Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, concerns, and trends.
Job Requirements
● 1-5 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
● Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
● Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport quickly.
● Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in using CRM software
