Job Description
- Assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and processes.
- Maintains and updates AIAs’ employees’ Personnel files, complying to labor law and school requirements.
- Ensures that employees are on boarded and received their work requirements in a timely manner.
- Prepares contracts for new hires and implement the probation period review and employment confirmation process.
- Maintains a full-fledged database for all employee details including but not limited to personal data, position, and compensation that is updated timely with every change.
- Manages the relationship with the social insurance office and ensure activities including but not limited to timely submittal of the social insurance forms and timely payments of monthly dues are carried out efficiently.
- Manages the administration of all types of leave for all employees and make sure it is properly documented.
- Manages and reports on the attendance tracking of all employees and take corrective action according to the school’s policy, as needed.
- Manages opening bank accounts for new staff and handling bank related issues.
- Tracks and reports monthly on all personnel changes (such as new hires, terminations, deductions, and salaries changes) to be reflected in payroll.
- Conducts periodic audits of human resource personnel activities to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
