Job Description
- Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints.
- Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development.
- Provide support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
- Independently performs day-to-day Document Control activities.
- Log document requests and help retrieve documents as needed for employees.
- File documents in physical and digital records.
- Print and distribute documents as needed Scan and upload documents according to company procedure Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings and blueprints in the company’s system Review.
- Update documents for maintenance and quality control Keep other personnel updated on new document versions and how to obtain access Handle records across various departments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree, (Industrial, Mechanical) Engineering Background is preferred.
- 1 to 3 Years of Experience.
- Very good command of English Language.
- Very good computer skills
- Preferred experienced with QA or similar field.
- Familiar with ISO 9001 Requirement.
- Excellent Data Collection and analysis skills.
