Social Media Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
• Ensure continuous campaign evaluation and analysis with recommendations of optimization opportunities and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Provide campaign reporting for assessment, analysis and monitoring purposes.
• Any other duties related to the job nature.
• Responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales.
• Execute Ads and measure the success of every social media campaign
• Analyzing business performance with the help of digital tools and reports.
• Developing performance campaigns on Facebook / Instagram and Google.
• Writing content like articles and social media posts to be published on The Hair Addict social media platforms and website.
• Manage content calendar and schedules to ensure that a regular amount of content is being produced at the right times throughout the month.
• Connect frequently with our Influencers and users to enhance their experience with our products and send the relevant gestures based on the occasion.
