Job Description

  • Follow up & resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
  • Promote the company and services with a positive attitude and knowledge
  • Provide customers with accurate information and the right solutions.
  •  Escalate unresolved customer requests, pass on grievances to higher departments for further investigation and clarification.
  •   Follow up to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests and complaints.

  • Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
