Job Description
- Follow up & resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
- Promote the company and services with a positive attitude and knowledge
- Provide customers with accurate information and the right solutions.
- Escalate unresolved customer requests, pass on grievances to higher departments for further investigation and clarification.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests and complaints.
