Job Description
PURPOSE OF ROLE :
Continuously provide an excellent customer experience by the professional and profitable service and technical support that we deliver to our customers through premium quality services and solutions.
SCOPE OF ROLE :
- Achieving the service quality metrics results to meet the company targets.
- Controlling service cost to improve service PM.
- Supporting customers to increase machines print volume for improving service revenue.
- Customer satisfaction.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To deliver service levels that meet customer requirements for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- To achieve all the quality service metrics (R/T, D/Time,...).
- To support the low volume and color office machines.
- To improve machine performance and copy volume.
- To enhance customer training and machine usage to increase machine copy volume.
- To install all the delivered machine to be recognized in the company activity.
- To control service van-kit and achieve inventory check targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Engineering (Mechatronics) from a reputable university.
- 2-4 Years of experience.
- Numerate Competent in the use of MS Office suite.
- Excellent command in English.
- Knowledge and experience in dealing with printing technology.
- Role model in personal behavior and performance standards.
- Flexible and able to cope under pressure.
- Good communication skills are required to deal with partners.
- Able to resolve issues under the guidance of our policies, processes and internal controls.
- High technical level of handling hardware and software support.
- Excellent personality, interaction and energetic.
- Technical ability.
