Job Description
The Cost Control Manager will be responsible for monitoring and managing the company’s cost control processes, particularly within the food and beverage (F&B) industry. This role is critical in analyzing, planning, and optimizing operational costs to maximize profitability and minimize waste. The Cost Control Manager will work closely with different departments to establish effective cost management procedures tailored to the unique requirements of a small business environment in the F&B sector.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in as a Cost Control, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of cost control principles and practices, including inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with F&B operations and supply chain processes.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- •Proficiency in cost control software and spreadsheets, including advanced knowledge of Excel or equivalent tools.
