We are looking for a multi-tasker Admin assistant with min6 year experience
She should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. She must be comfortable with Microsoft office, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication.
Secretary Responsibilities:
- work 24/7
- Greet and assist visitors
- Maintain contact lists
- Coordinate office procedures
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Handle multiple projects
- Creating quotations and contracts.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc... on behalf of other colleagues
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment
Research Responsibilities:
- Collecting and analyzing financial, political, and socioeconomic data.
- Analyzing MSMEs market trends.
- Communicating data in the form of presentations, technical reports.
- Contributing to publications or economic journals, periodicals, and international reports as agreed upon with management
