Job Description

  • Provide technical support to a business or an organization's employees 
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Testing new technology Install and Configure Networks 
  • Support Manage Information 
  • Security Troubleshoot Systems and Hardware
  • Monitor and check backups and backup routines to provide security of the data held.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve all technical problems related to network issues 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve all technical problems related to internet connections.
  • Running reports to analyze common complains and problems
  • Work with Active Directory to build user network profiles, reset passwords, unlock accounts, etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the IT Service Desk.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required
  • Hardware and software configuration
