Job Summary:
We are seeking highly qualified and experienced Project Managers or Assistant Project Managers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong academic background from a reputable university and a proven track record in managing large-scale or international projects. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in consultancy firms or international contracting companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full project lifecycle from planning to execution and delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals efficiently.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural site supervision in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
- Familiar with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Experience in large-scale residential or commercial projects.
- Previous work with reputable construction firms or developers.
