Job Description
- Providing clear orders, explaining complex information to clients and construction workers for Sub-Contractor and discussing technical details with other electrical workers.
- Interpreting Installation methods and technologies along with contracts and technical drawings.
- Meet deadlines and ensuring construction phases are completed on time so that the next phase can start.
- Monitor & Report project progress to superiors
- Develop a work schedule for workers
- Supervise all Electrical workers
- Be the liaison between Electrical workers and supervisors
- Solve disputes between workers
- Ensure that a project is adequately staffed
- Assign tasks to Electrical workers
Job Requirements
- 7~10 Years Experience in similar rule
- Experience in Medium voltage power cables, cable trays, and medium voltage equipment installation
- If you have experience for Railway electrical system, it would be best.
- Ability to organize a work schedule
- Ability to solve disputes between workers
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to negotiate
- Deep knowledge of the construction industry and processes
- Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints
- Perform quality checks on construction equipment
- Good English skills
- Good computer skills
