Job Description

  • Prepare handover documents.
  • Review clients’ financial statuses.
  • Create requested reports.
  • Call clients to push handover.
  • Contact clients requesting receiving their units.
  • Conduct handover meetings.
  • Compile documents and acquire needed signatures.
  • Document all official documents.

Job Requirements

  • 2-4years of experience in the Property Delivery department.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Proficient in both English and Arabic languages.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Precise, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Note: Site visits to "Marsa Matruh" might be required from time to time.
