Job Description
- Prepare handover documents.
- Review clients’ financial statuses.
- Create requested reports.
- Call clients to push handover.
- Contact clients requesting receiving their units.
- Conduct handover meetings.
- Compile documents and acquire needed signatures.
- Document all official documents.
Job Requirements
- 2-4years of experience in the Property Delivery department.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Proficient in both English and Arabic languages.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Precise, organized, and self-motivated.
- Note: Site visits to "Marsa Matruh" might be required from time to time.
