Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and take decisions related to the operational activities necessary to achieve the strategic objectives of the project.
- Plan and monitor the progress of work on a daily basis to ensure easy and uninterrupted work.
- Supervising the project work team and providing constructive feedback.
- Regularly evaluates the efficiency of work procedures in accordance with organizational objectives and makes suggestions for improvements.
- Evaluate overall performance by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
- Ensure that the project applies the applicable laws, legislations, and regulations.
- Achieve customer satisfaction scores on assigned projects.
- Address any client requirements, complaints, concerns in timely and professional manner.
- Manage the risks that may affect the operational process internally whenever possible.
- Submit reports of risks that may arise to the HOD and follow up on addressing these risks
- Submit daily performance reports to the HOD.
- Ensure the application of all efficiency procedures to control spend within budget.
- Ensure target GP and profit are achieved.
- Prepare and follow up on the P&L reports for assigned projects to ensure meeting the KPIs.
- Ensure that the accurate budgeting of assigned projects.
- Reduce operating expenses in coordination with the HOD
- Training of new employees on the operating systems of scanning, data entry and review
- Tighten control over the process of handing over and receiving documents with the concerned departments
- Manage the use of project resources with the highest operational efficiency
- Manpower Planning
- Process Design and implementation
- Work to raise the efficiency of the daily operation to achieve the required performance rates
- Monitor the internal circulation of documents to ensure that the documents are not mixed
- Submit daily performance reports to the project manager
- Manage the risks that is faced in the operational processes internally whenever possible.
- Ensure all project deliverables are met on timely manner.
- Analyze and submit reports of risks that may occur to the HOD and follow up on addressing these risks.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree recommended Computer Science or MIS
- Certified by Project Management Institute (PMP)
- 3-5 years of related industry experience (Digitization & ECM).
- Experienced in using different software tools that helps managing projects (MS Office, MS Projects, Visio,….)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in managing multiple projects in parallel.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
