Job Description

  • Helps clients to: Uncover the sales trends within your business. Determine areas for growth and create actionable plans to achieve results. Strategic how to flow merchandise and maximize cash flow.
  • Empowers retailers with the planning tools and actionable insights to improve sales performance and maximize inventory efficiency. And fuel an inspiring shopping experience for our clients by having the right product assortment, in the right quantities, at the right time and in the right sizes.
  • Create customized platform allows to manage inventory and merchandise planning at the scale, speed and quality that our business demands.
  • Put-Up (Drive) (Run) limited resources as indicated by the CEO to uses and productivity in order to create maximum value for the beneficiaries of the company.
  • Create a plan that outlines customer, employee, and organizational needs.
  • Developing a plan to organize the needs of employees and workers for the conduct of the production (commercial) process.
  • Organizing limited resources for more productive uses with the aim of maximizing the benefit of the company's stakeholders.
  • Developing successive strategies and defining the company tasks that it seeks to implement its goal and clarify all this to employees and workers. It is also the task of challenging and is also responsible for determining the necessary and appropriate training for workers and employees and in line with the company goals.
  • Planning by identifying customer priorities, staff, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor personnel, knowledge levels, skills, expectations, and motivation to achieve organizational requirements.
  • Measures of good performance in efficiency and effectiveness of performance.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of the system and responsible for reconsidering the determination of its efficiency.
  • Planning Commercial Process (marketing & Sales) workflow for one or multiple products.
  • Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
  • Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production (Commercial Process).
  • Setting time plan for monthly production (Commercial Process).
  • Schedule shift according to production (Commercial Process) needs.
  • Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
  • Develop the rough cut capacity and routing plan based on forecast.
  • Develop the short term daily production (Commercial Process) plan.
  • Responsible for delivering all planning KPI to meet market needs.
  • Maintain inventory level for Raw Material and Finished Product that meets the company’s target.
  • Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives… etc.).
  • Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
  • Keep paperwork organized.
  • Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant.
  • Skilled in the use of (Solid Work – Excel – Word – Power Point).
  • Good user For ERP software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent Command of English language.
  • A long-history of experience in medical supplies & equipment and healthcare field is the-must
  • Fully aware of the supplies & equipment and healthcare market in the Egyptian market, the Middle East, the Gulf and Africa markets
  • Fully aware of modern management models in strategic planning and business development models Such-as:-
  • Demand forecasting forms – Negotiation – survey – customer services & after sales utilities (or) CRM " Customer Relationships management" – communications – coordinating –
  • KPI (key performance indicator) – SWOT" Quadratic analysis " -  six sigma (6σ) and Lean six sigma - KAN / BAN – TQM " Total Quality management" - ERP or MRP Enterprise Resource Planning (or) Material Requirements Planning - Flow Charts - Takt / Time – Kaizen – ISO - Lean Manufacturing / production - Fishbone Diagram "Cause & effect Diagram" - SIPOC Diagram (sometimes COPIS) –
  • MOQ "Minimum order Quantity" – life/cycle & business case treatments – renovation cycle – breakeven point – quality standard - inventory and depreciation – cost centers – Aging analysis – Bank reconciliation - He has a strong financial background and mathematical background
