Job Description
- Installing and configuring all computerized hardware operating systems and applications.
- Monitoring and maintaining software systems and networks.
- Taking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Replacing parts as required.
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications;

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Knowledge of planning, coordination, and execution of business functions, resource allocation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in database programming and software installation.
- Attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Experience on computer hardware, software, and local area networks
- Experience on Windows 7, Windows 8, 10
- Experience on Windows Server 2012.
- Experience on Firewall Sophos .
- Experience with once of backup solution ( acronis - veeam ) or other
- Experience with Office 365, Microsoft office . (Outlook – word – excel – power point)
- Outlook Configure and backup (pop3 , imap , exchange) and mange contacts .
- 2 years hands-on experience with Active Directory and AD infrastructure - managing, configuring and troubleshooting.
- Install, service, and maintain CCTV
- Experience with Managing Email Hosting.
- Handled printers.
- Handled projectors and monitors.
