Job Description
We are looking for a Planning Engineer to join our team and support project operations by developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules and ensuring resources are efficiently utilized.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera / MS Project.
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure work progress is aligned with the baseline schedule.
- Prepare progress reports, delay analysis, and recovery plans when required.
- Monitor resource allocation and productivity.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Planning Engineer in construction projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
